Privacy Policy

This policy describes the Nest Wars public website and the Nest Wars Social Manager desktop application.

1. Information we collect

The public website is a static informational site and does not intentionally collect names, account passwords, payment details, precise location, or advertising profiles. Basic technical information may be processed automatically by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs.

2. Social-platform authorization

The Social Manager may connect to third-party services such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other supported platforms only after the account owner completes that platform's authorization process. The application may receive access tokens, account identifiers, profile information, publishing permissions, and publishing results required to provide the requested feature.

3. Local application data

The Social Manager is designed as a local desktop application. Drafts, file paths, captions, metadata, publishing history, configuration values, and authorization credentials may be stored on the creator's own computer. The creator is responsible for securing that computer and safeguarding local credential files.

4. How information is used

• To authenticate accounts chosen by the creator.
• To prepare, schedule, upload, and publish creator-owned content.
• To display account status, publishing results, and available analytics.
• To diagnose errors, maintain security, and prevent duplicate publishing.

5. Sharing and third parties

Information is transmitted to a social platform only as needed to perform an action authorized by the creator. Those platforms process data under their own privacy policies and terms. We do not sell personal information and do not use creator data for third-party behavioral advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

Local application records remain until the creator deletes them or removes the application data. Platform tokens can be revoked through the relevant platform account settings, and local token files can be removed from the creator's computer. Published content may also need to be deleted separately on the destination platform.

7. Children

The website and Social Manager are not directed to children under 13 and are not intended to collect personal information from children.

8. Security

Reasonable measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, including local credential storage and platform authorization controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated as the application, website, or platform integrations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
